Some really great staff and middle management are great

You get pushed very hard to work long hours with very little reward. While I was there the company's management didn’t know what they wanted to do with the company and there was no real direction. You work on very old systems and the company didn’t want to really invest in keeping up with the times.

Dying print industry means slow days and easy work.

Unresponsive management, some dinosaurs in fact. Absolutely no progression routes.
