      Your immediate colleagues will be nice

      Very high turnover rate, multiple people quitting or being fired due to the way they are being treated. Very poor communication and zero appreciation

      Some really great staff and middle management are great

      Cons

      You get pushed very hard to work long hours with very little reward. While I was there the company's management didn’t know what they wanted to do with the company and there was no real direction. You work on very old systems and the company didn’t want to really invest in keeping up with the times.
