      Pros

      Das Team ist sehr divers und international. Die Kollegen sind durchweg hilfsbereit, sympathisch und für Scherze zu haben. Aufgaben sind sehr vielfältig, da es ein kleines Team ist. Man kann selbst wirklich etwas bewegen und hat kurze Entscheidungswege. Es gibt monatliche all hands Meetings wo jede Abteilung aktuelle Challenges und Aufgaben vorstellt und generelle Unternehmensupdates gemacht werden.

      Cons

      Umsetzung des Weiterbildungsbudgets könnte besser sein.

Trying to listen as much as possible. - Regular feedback-talks / check-ins - Working on innovation / nice products - Transparent - Berlin is Berlin
