      Pros

      The culture is great. The office space is modern and cool. The projects we work on are exciting and there is always an opportunity to gain more experience, knowledge and stretch your capabilities. The management team is approachable and helps to unblock work. There is a family first mentality in the business which makes me feel like I matter to Loop and am not just a cog in a wheel.

      Cons

      There is stress that comes along with project life but I think overall we all try to help each other manage stress.
