Worst management, there are some unskilled people there at Founder's office position who do not how to treat her teammates only if you compliment her for her nails or outfit she will consider you as best and hard working employee rest are salves Appraisals are set her in terms of culture & discipline 30 % is work and 70% is culture and discipline also look who has set such bar who herself not have basic knowledge to manage a team even if someone is on hospital bed he/she is asked to share medical report and along with that is threaten that leads would be transferred if he/ she doesn't report to office with a day People who themself are B.com graduate says that I give reference forms for IIMs lol Also if you try putting your words in front of management or discuss problems that would be either your last working day or you would be put in so much pressure that you yourself will resign Getting involved into different team matter and showing her so called managerial power is her hobby wish I had options to attach screenshots. If you want to grow in the company keep buttering her you will surely jump ladders like she did
