Pros

They have good marketing material

Cons

Loop Global LLC is in apparent financial distress according to some representatives and employees who have not been receiving commission payments for the past two years. They had a major restructuring in January of this year, where they changed their CEO and released most of their top management. New CEO Zack Martin has not been available for comment. The company also relocated their headquarters to Nevada from California in an effort to cut costs. Loop, Inc. closed shop in California. They're currently in Nevada and have been found to be "Converted Out." Even with the multiple funding rounds that they have received, they are struggling to move inventory and have had major turnover in their workforce. Unsure about their ability to survive in this highly competitive and challenging business segment that has seen hundreds of new companies enter the space.

Loop (El Segundo, CA) Response

Thank you for your feedback, but this review is completely baseless and factually incorrect. Loop Global Inc. is a thriving California corporation that has never closed its doors in the state or moved its headquarters to Nevada. We don’t employ any sales contractors or maintain a New York based sales team member, so any claim of unpaid commissions is completely unfounded. We’re proudly backed by top-tier investors Fifth Wall and Agility, and we’ve deployed over 11,000 chargers across the U.S. and the UAE. Our CEO and leadership team are fully engaged and accessible, hosting weekly all-hands with open Q&A and quarterly Charge Up events to ensure everyone stays informed and empowered. United by our mission to make EV charging seamless and sustainable, we’re confident in our financial strength, growth trajectory, and the exceptional, supportive culture we’ve built together.

Pros

I have a positive experience working at Loop. The people are friendly, supportive, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference day to day. There’s a shared goal of building something that succeeds. People care about doing good work and understand that, as a small company, you sometimes pitch in on projects outside your role. That mindset creates a motivating environment and pushes everyone toward our shared success. I feel respected, challenged in a good way, and proud of what we’re building together.

Cons

Because teams are small, we’re sometimes asked to juggle multiple projects at the same time. This can require frequent prioritization around what will drive the most immediate impact or cash flow, which occasionally means needing to push lower‑priority requests to a later timeline.

Scaling challenges, which are to be expected at the current stage.
