Pros

The agency is made up of amazing people from the VPs to interns. Some of the smartest & brightest in the industry & because they care, they produce great work. It is these people that actually run the business. The agency has a very fun environment. Overall, it's the people that do the everyday work that make the organization great & what keeps people there for a long time.

Cons

No vision from CEO and he is very political. He seems to know little about his business.

Pros

Loomis Group had a great San Francisco location on the Embarcadero waterfront. We had several top-tier clients including Google and Samsung. My co-workers were smart, creative and fun. The office atmosphere was super casual, with beer on tap in the conference room, happy hours on Friday afternoons, bring-your-dog-to-work every day and an "anything goes" dress code.

Cons

The agency seemed to lack focus in terms of both existing clients and new business opportunities. Roles and responsibilities within departments and cross-functional teams weren't clearly defined. Loomis Group seemed incredibly under staffed, which was quite evident given the extremely long hours that most employees worked to try to keep up with the heavy workload. Yet there were numerous layoffs while I worked at Loomis Group, with employees given same-day notice that they were let go and only a few hours to fill a box with their personal belongings and be shown the door.
