Very little training you have to buy your own equipment , gun , vest dangerous low wages, long hours, you never know your schedule ahead of time , no respect from the public or customers, extremely demanding physically and mentally. the company wants retirees who don't care about the low wages yet the work load of the job is for a younger person. hard on your back , knees , ankles. you have to be able to learn very quickly new things so once again not necessarily good for older folks
