Long hours, family/ social life gets disrupted, too much work load; almost impossible to complete jobs in normal shift hours, high speed staff turnaround, some vehicles and safety equipment not up to scratch, reporting faults is mostly pointless because not much gets fixed. Things are only fixed once vehicle/ equipment becomes unusable.
