      Excellent benefits, lots of opportunity for job growth and movement within the three facilities

      Cons

      Not all facilities offer the same opportunities, like deli counter and some are smaller so promotions are limited.

      Pros

      It was a good job to work while in high school due to the hours being from 5:00pm-8:00pm as a waiter. The people working in the kitchen are very nice and most of the residents are sweet and nice to deal with.

      Cons

      Short hours for a person not going to school. Some residents can be demanding, but overall good experience. Pay is only minimum wage and cannot accept tips from residents.
