Pros
Benefits Great product but it needs to belong in a suite of tools Supportive teammates. Work/life balance does exist but I always felt we needed more hustle in our work culture Fully remote
Cons
Ego-centric founders. Sales and retention are tanking and I'd be worried if I was still working there. Inexperienced leadership since layoffs. All recently promoted and not great people managers. Very evident it's all politics here. For a culture that preaches transparency... 2x now the founder hasn’t publically acknowledged the 2 layoffs.... so yeah they don't treat their employees well. Good smart people are leaving.
