Great product, fun and humble ICs, pay (especially if you don’t live in a HCOL city)
Cons
No culture, code is a mess, getting things done is very difficult. On the organization side, highly political, promo and compensation depends more on your relationships and self promotion skills than the actual ladder or delivering what matters.
