      My time at Loom was an amazing opportunity to grow, and learn. There was flexibility, and a culture that is incomparable. I was given opportunities I might not had been given at a larger company, and this contributed to my growth in so many ways.

      super fast paced environment, not right for everyone.

      - Fun work environment - Talented employees across the board - Flexibility - Small company that feels very personable - Opportunity for advancement - Leadership works with you to help you find a position that really suits your skills

      Cons

      - Start up mentality that requires you keep your nose to the grind - Must be a self starter in order to succeed, not the right fit for those that aren't "go-getters"
