-Extremely talented middle managers that are carrying the company.

Cons

-Out of touch with employees and their needs -Complete lack of HR department -Management at the C-Suite level : incompetent -Poor Accounting Practice -Horrendous Communication -Extremely high demand for time yet they pay terribly and extremely limited benefits

- Fun work environment - Talented employees across the board - Flexibility - Small company that feels very personable - Opportunity for advancement - Leadership works with you to help you find a position that really suits your skills

Cons

- Start up mentality that requires you keep your nose to the grind - Must be a self starter in order to succeed, not the right fit for those that aren't "go-getters"
