      CEO is more interested in having everybody bow down to him than actually helping anyone or doing a good job. He also makes an insane salary and pays the rest of us peanuts

      Great Work-life balance: Managers are enthusiastic about the company and its mission.

      Cons

      The pay and health insurance was very bad. Management positions are the only liveable wage.
