      Pros

      Great leadership in places and trying their best to get the ‘well being’ aspect of the motor trade improved.

      Cons

      The company is split into many different divisions which make it feel like a load different companies with very little inter divisional communication. Smaller sites are ran on thread bare staff levels from top to bottom and are still compared to the much bigger and better staffed large sites.
