Pros
Most days aren't the same and there's usually lots to do if your that kind of person. Also you get to meet a lot of regulars and get to know them and work can be okay depending on co-workers
Cons
Theres a lot to learn and do and how busy it is fluctuates a lot depending on the time of year. Upper management doesn't really care about you though it's even worse than big chain stores.
