Benefits are decent for a small company. Company perks are great team building activities, tickets to Royals games, flexiable schedule.
Cons
Company is top heavy. Goals are set and adjusted but there is a lack of accountability for top management and their performance. Wasteful spending and lack of accountability creates a negative work environment.
