Pros

- Great projects to work with. - Big teams, you can work with great developers if they stick around. - Young and ego-free development teams.

Cons

- Bounce rate in all departments is so high. I worked here for almost 2 years and %70 of the company has changed. They don't bother to keep their developers. - Feedbacks about problems are listened to but never took action about solving them. - Don't have a knowledgeable and strong technical C-team. They say absurd and silly solutions that never work. You apply their solution but after a little bit of time, they change their minds. - As a developer, you can feel lonely most of the time if you are not a senior or lead. Most of the junior and mid-developers get their tasks from project managers and this causes a lack of guidance. - Corporate culture is lacking after covid that shows culture and HR is not strong enough to make people feel at home and secure. - Location is bad, besides traffic, the office location doesn't receive sunlight and lots of car exhaust smell and engine roaring because the slope of the road.
