Cons
Very long hours: 50-60 hrs/week 9 day non stop is very regular Scheduling changes constantly and will make your shift longer because someone else messed up Communication is non-existent, the manager is terrible and has no experience in this industry so he has to constantly ask questions. You cant transfer departments, you WILL get blocked You cant go up, they save those positions for their favorites outside the company (nepotism much?) They refuse to give you time off even when you ask months in advance. They will disregard it and make you come to work. Forget about this place if you have kids, you will be villainized by everyone if you have an emergency with your kid. Prepare to not have a life as you get pulled and pulled into multiple mandatory 18 hour days on the weekends. Sometimes they make you sleep in the facility just so they can make their deadlines. They cannot plan or organize their departments at all. Even with so many people that have quit or are out due to covid, they insist on keeping the same schedule, spreading everyone thin, and even add more.
