Bad management, best way for burn out - Associate Director Lonza Employee Review

Horrible management, top down decision without taking into account employees feedbacks, enforced back to office policy with a very short adjustment period (2months) making impossible for actual adjustments. This is an unofficial second wave of layoffs. Management has no idea about amount of actual work of employees. Many colleagues went in sick leave for burnout.
