      The monthly promos Longrich organized were amazing, as they made every distributor and sales consultant motivated to do their jobs.

      Cons

      The percentage rate for commissions was not encouraging.

      I think the only good thing is the birthdays we do.

      Salary purposefully low for Africans,only high for Chinese worker, work out of your job title.
