Pros

Hands down the best solar company to work for. Family owned and operated and the people treat you so well and respectful. The really are oriented on making a difference for the environment and in the community.

Cons

None really to think of.

Pros

Great pay, company provided leads. This company sets the bar for ethical and fair sales practices in the Texas solar industry. You will not feel like a cog, but rather a valued member of the time who often is able to give valued input. You will not be micro managed Friendly team and no sleazy sales culture. Room for growth. Please ignore the negative reviews posted by other people. Those were most likely posted by lazy, incompetent hires who expected high pay for little work and couldn't meet what are ultimately pretty easy performance standards

Cons

Things move quickly. Be prepared for best practices and protocols to change somewhat frequently. Often this is necessitated by outside market forces (such as COVID and supply chain issues) but it can be jarring. Sales people are expected to follow up with sold customers and keep them happy. This isn't necessarily a con, but it deviates from the norm that most sales people would be used to. Even when you do everything right, keeping existing customers happy can feel like an uphill battle at times.
