Lack of professionalism in the vocabulary they use to the extent where it would be a law suit in other countries/companies. Always double check your payslips as they also keep firing payroll providers citing they can’t get the job done. Be prepared to deal with a “retro” mindset (from operations to management). Overall toxic work environment.
