Pros

A good place to start your career - Work every other day from home after probation period - Vast majority of colleagues are nice, funny, and supportive. - The team is strong (knowledgeable) and I am very confident that their success will continue well into the future. - You are rewarded for good work. - Good compensation - There is a lot to learn from others

Cons

I share these in the hopes that this will not be the case in the future. I do not mean to offend anyone; I just want to share my thoughts. - The number one concern is unintentional but unnecessary micromanagement. This includes the logging of hours worked, the need to ask permission to leave early, unnecessary questions about appointments. - There isn't much overtime, but all overtime is UNPAID. You cannot "bank" extra hours, work less hours next week, or take time off. This is not acceptable. - Software workflow is strange and can lead to major issues before releases. I believe this is already being improved. - Use of non-standard software terminology - Some people are direct and/or short-tempered and/or condescending especially in stressful times, even if they do not mean to be. Unhelpful comments are common, even from senior IT. - I didn't particularly like the new office at WeWork. It is small and very open environment. It can also get pretty hot.

Pros

The technical challenges were interesting, especially during high-pressure go-live periods Opportunity to work hands-on with WMS and trace diagnostics under tight timelines

Cons

-Compensation offer was lowered at the last minute from what was initially discussed -Leadership lacked clarity and transparency about long-term role expectations. -Culture favors insiders — difficult for new hires to gain traction without a sponsor -Abrupt decisions made without performance context -Role expectations shifted after joining, with minimal communication or support -Team structure lacked clear onboarding, making it difficult to integrate quickly -Company over-relies on a handful of internal voices, leaving others without a real seat at the table -Strategic planning seemed reactive, not proactive — especially during client escalations. -Decisions impacting employment were made without transparency or feedback loops
