      Pros

      Co-workers, broker, and upper staff is amazing. I was a brand new agent and went into the mentor program which was very helpful for just starting out! Great training program at corporate too.

      Cons

      Wish the start up fees were not so expensive but that is the industry, not the company setting that.

      Pros

      Long history in the DMV, knowledgeable leadership, most all who have been agents themselves, welcoming atmosphere, teamwork encouraged, terrific admin

      Cons

      They have been hiring too many agents to keep up sales volume to compete with Compass who has lured away many of our top agents. This has taken away some of the appeal of the "hands on" local brokerage
