      Pros

      Office space is nice and spacious.

      Cons

      Low pay, poor management and lack of appreciation for the employees. They say how much they care, but don't show it in action. No real career growth. We work hard for lower-than-average salaries while the owner makes millions and takes all the glory. There is no real constant direction, it changes constantly.

      Pros

      Long Wave has a great culture. People work well together. Conversation and team work is easy to initiate and there is space for it throughout the entire organization at every level. And a GREAT work like balance.

      Cons

      I don't really have any. I suppose if you don't like the fast pace of a growing company it may not be a good fit for you.

      9-80 schedule with every other Friday off.

      Cons

      Rapid expansion caused many growing pains. Getting requirements and information flowed down.
