The people are so nice

Nothing really. A little strict schedule but nothing bad.

If you do your job well you are pretty unbothered

Cut sick time so illnesses spread like wildfire. Only 40 hrs total for time off. Management is terrible at not only communicating with those under them but even amongst themselves. New procedures pop up with no one knowing but they are expected to somehow know about them. If you can find better, do so
