      Amazing events that come with fun benefits and memories. Feeling like you matter in the community and bring art forward. Enjoying your coworkers.

      Dissolving positions with no warning, no structure in leadership, management is discouraging, too little pay for far too much work, dishonesty

      Pros

      Beautiful Performing Arts venue - Only 12 years old.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership; emphasis seems more like a FOR profit. Facility was built to be home for local symphony/opera/ballet companies. Their support decreased with current top tier agenda.
