Pros

Lone Star is built on a foundation of great work ethic..since I have been part of the team we have addressed the processes, teamwork and now have staff with an "in it to win it"attitude. I'm proud to go to work every day...Rewarding employees for their efforts is important...

Cons

Every company has areas of improvement...it's a process. Now - trending upward...a company people want to work for..

Pros

The clients were friendly and great to work. Normal work hours with typical benefits (insurance and vacation)

Cons

- To many changes in how things are handled for example, not consistent including management style and work performance reviews or training. Blind-sided on things with no opportunity for open discussion or alternative reaction. - Employees are required to multi-task above a normal level, handling three times the work that one would be hired for; no real compensation for the extra work leading to being underpaid when compared to those in the same market with the same work and education levels. - Numerous changes in staff over a small period of time

Pros

Working with the clients who are of various sorts of medical practice.

Cons

Staff is overworked times three. Salary is not in line with the work expected to be performed, along with to much micro-managing. Over promise things and under deliver is a frequent theme at the company. No real way to move up the ladder. Numerous upper management staff have been with company (and prior Texas Medical and Surgical Associates) and are very UNDER RECOGNIZED. (Some have even left)
