      Pros

      I've worked for LSLA for over 5 years and love it. Plenty of training opportunities, a lot of knowledgeable, passionate attorneys and the firm offers great benefits, lots of time off and a free healthcare plan.

      Cons

      Technology is outdated, especially the client system we use. That should be changing soon, however.

      -great benefits -work life balance -hybrid schedule -good managers and coworkers

      Cons

      -need to meet numbers for your department -low staff, so more work with challenging deadlines -mean/difficult applicants and clients -rely on state and federal funding to keep programs and employees
