Pros

The people are nice and I got to see and handle thousands of vintage, rare, and autographed comics and books.

Cons

The owners don't care about safety or overworking their warehouse staff. They've been known (by many of the senior employees) to forgo safety inspections by paying inspectors to sign off without seeing it. No real room for advancement. 90% of it is grunt work and the higher-ups are there out of nepotism and bias from the owners.

Pros

They hire military veterans, the work is neato and you get full-time hours.

Cons

Smokers and vaping people play hacky sack outside during lunch and break.

- Fun, relaxed work environment - No uniform, and very little dress requirements - Can wear headphones to listen to music, and occasionally Netflix - Can meet like-minded individuals if you're into comics/gaming culture - Great hours and weekends off - Great place to work for the typical social outcast or those who don't interact with customers well -Great "in-between" job for students or people who still live at home or a single income household

Cons

- Low pay - Mediocre benefits - Questionable management practices - Borderline toxic work environment at times due to employee drama - Potentially high stress environment - Not much potential for growth - Employee appreciation is low
