Pros

Casual environment amongst a small company. Will work to find a good fit for each employee. Hours are typically 9-6, M-F. No weekends. Full-time employees are offered reasonably priced health benefits, life insurance, and PTO after 6 months.

Cons

Low pay, $0.25 raises, no real advancement. Health plans are mediocre. Lots of potential for drama amongst different departments. Employees required to clock out for breaks. Seniority seems to take priority over common decency in HR disputes. Department managers are hit-and-miss, some lacking crucial managerial and interpersonal skills. Communication is lacking. Training is also hit-and-miss, depending on department.

Cons

- Low pay - Mediocre benefits - Questionable management practices - Borderline toxic work environment at times due to employee drama - Potentially high stress environment - Not much potential for growth - Employee appreciation is low
