      The fellow employees are hard working, helpful, and energetic

      No training. You are thrown in the first day. Portfolios are too large and the demand on your personal time is never ending.

      Stressful line of work and residents can be difficult to deal with.

      Pros

      Good location and nice working environment, some benefit to working for a smaller company. One of the owners is very involved. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Far too political, if you aren't the Director's pet then you will be run off or get fired. Training is not adequate. Communication is often stifled. Insurance is too expensive.
