Stressful line of work and residents can be difficult to deal with.

Good location and nice working environment, some benefit to working for a smaller company. One of the owners is very involved. Good benefits.

Far too political, if you aren't the Director's pet then you will be run off or get fired. Training is not adequate. Communication is often stifled. Insurance is too expensive.
