Pros
You get your own office if you're lucky. There are many offices available for your choosing. They continue to open up as people leave and are not replaced. Snacks are cool, if they are there This company has so many bad reviews, it's easy for candidates to make a decision to stay AWAY and find a real job. The service coordinators that were there were simply amazing. Parking is cool. Plenty of those around
Cons
Where do I start? Well, 1. I have NEVER in my professional career seen an establishment run like this. The turnoverrate is astronomical due to the incompetence and rudeness of upper management. 2. Threats have been made on multiple occasions in service meetings that every coordinator can be replaced and they WILL fire you if you call out or are late. 3. Coordinators have no real guidance and training is not mandated. 4. Micromanaging is something that they can improve on. 5. Management is in dire need of management training courses as they do not have much experience if any. 6. Subcontractors are NOT being paid for the work they are contracted to do through this "company" so they threaten the coordinators and use harsh language to assure they are paid. (That doesn't work though. Check google reviews) 7. Doing your JOB is hard because contractors have found that they will not be paid therefore they refuse the work. 8. They do not honor 2 week notices, so you just have to quit on the spot. 9. HR has been known to not respect confidentiality and employee business is widespread throughout the office. 10. Everyone is ALWAYS calling off to look for a real job so as a coordinator your work load increases. 11. Employees are simply not valued or appreciated, so the morale and overall culture suffers 12. They write fake reviews...which should be illegal... If you are still reading, just keep looking harder, you ARE worth more than this! 13. You start off with about 3 to 5 days of PTO for the year. After 1 year you get 2 weeks PTO and 1 week you have to take at once. WOW
