We recognise that operating as a small, fast-growing business comes with challenges, particularly around pace, structure and workload. Over the past year, we have gone through a period of significant evolution, and we are aware that at times this has led to inconsistencies in onboarding, processes and ways of working.
Addressing this has been a key focus for us. We are actively strengthening operational structure, improving clarity across roles and responsibilities, and putting more formal systems in place to support the team as we scale.
We take culture seriously and aim to create an environment built on direct communication, accountability and respect. Where this has not been consistently felt, it is something we are continuing to work on and improve.
We are proud to have attracted talented individuals to the business and remain focused on building a stronger, more structured and supportive environment as we grow.
