      Friendly and enjoyable work environment. Engaging work.

      Can be repetative. Does not allow for half-effort (i.e. everything has a place and it needs to be in that place or gets lost in the system).

      Unionized, good benefits, good pension plan

      Cons

      Other than the above mentioned pros, nothing is good here. They hire people from outside instead of giving a chance to existing ones (same story as cell phone providers-freebies for new customers but nothing for the loyal customers). Management is terrible, racist, no appreciation for the staff. Please don't work here unless you don't have any other option.
