      Being part of a company that inspires and generates so much money for good causes gives an enormous sense of pride.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge with the number of events but if you love the event world and being a part of someones journey to be active and inspire others then look no further.

      Limited progression, Full event schedule and challenging to balance with BAU work.

      Pros

      - Hardworking but happy team - Great size company - over time possible to get to know the majority of its employees - Friendly, flexible and welcoming culture - Great benefits and fair pay

      Cons

      - Employees are busy - there's always a lot to do - Weekend working is expected, but in my mind this is part and parcel of what you sign up to when you work for an events company that runs mass participation events on weekends (and is also balanced out with leave during quieter periods)
