Thanks for your feedback. All of our employees have been working 100% remote for the last 15 months. As we transition back to the office employees have been given the option to return to work 5 days a week with additional work from home flexibility or to select to return to the office 2 days a week and work remote 3 days a week. We believe this gives our employees the options they need to find the right work/life balance for them.

Pros

Great corporate culture. Everybody above me in the chain of command, including the owner, is intelligent and treats people with respect. I wish that I had come here 20 years earlier. They invest in their people rather than treating us as number.

Cons

Employment is mostly limited to the Cincinnati area, which is fine for me.

Pros

Nearly everyone at the company is kind and helpful. The room for growth is there if you take it. Company culture is the best I have seen in Cincinnati.

Cons

Disconnect between departments. Major improvements needed in workflows and processes. Sometimes it does not pay off to work harder than others here.
