"A cohesive team" > the company is divided into two teams: those worshiping management (doing everything they can to please them, including reporting like Police officers what others do, think and say... ) and those who would like to run away from such a toxic environment but are afraid to end up in a company that is even worse. "If you are looking for a company involving politics, scorecards, race for promotion, that's not Lokad" > Only those who are in the management's good books can hope to be promoted, plus - believe it or not - only French people coming from Grandes Ecoles get promoted. "A diverse team". Yes, but not too many women, as some people like to be the Queen bee, probably because they don't like to have women around that are more intelligent than them.
