Complete and utter clusterf*ck - Marketing Logz.io Employee Review

Possibly the most mismanaged company on the planet. Highest turnover ever. Nobody cares about employee retention or employee morale, especially in the U.S. The CEO has no loyalty to any employee, especially C-suite. Sales and Marketing executives are fired regularly. Typical tenure is less than 1 year. New execs come in and rip and replace whole teams, spend 6 months to onboard everything, and nothing gets accomplished because of the constant churn. Low ball salaries, high ball equity (because the equity is likely to be worth very little in the end). No budget to get anything done, yet expectations are incredibly high. Only IT person in the company is located in Israel and cannot support the U.S. team or the U.S. office physically. Equipment never works and it's embarrassing to employees and office visitors. Recent reviews on here from March are all obviously solicited by HR from newer employees who aren't yet wise to the blatant mismanagement and mistreatment of employees. They were probably offered a reward to post a positive review.
