- Well connected to any and all modern technologies and many companies - Great office and healthy fun company culture - There is support wherever you need it - many people to help you with all kinds of projects - Passionate group of self-starters - Compensation is great - Work life balance is constantly pushed - best company I have ever seen preach this
Cons
- It's a startup - when tasks aren't handed to people on a silver platter with a mindless process to follow, people freak out. - So much to build, the product isn't perfect yet - having very established competitors can make you feel like an immature company. Not a con for me because I know what I signed up for but others may balk - Tough working with a HQ that is in a different time zone. Very morning oriented collaboration to work with those in Tel Aviv
