Pros
I worked there for 7 months and had a great experience. Mark F was who I was reported to and he was really great with training me 1-1, gave me a ton of techniques and also guided me through closing deals when I needed him. It was a totally laid back environment, the staff and the owners are really great. There was incentives/spiffs to encourage us to sell more and Mark would get really excited with us when we hit our bonuses. Each quarter Mark guided us to ensure that we grew and everyones salaries grew. Finishing salary was 40k-47k.
Cons
The only issue I had was that I moved and it was too long of a commute for me.
