      New exposure to technologies, small growing business, open to suggestions, good career starter

      Toxic management, constant infighting and shouting, terrible pay and no benefits, high turn over due to office bullying, reason for success seems to be people blindly following management

      Pros

      Great team and people with a very family oriented business. I have private health coverage, supplied by Logixal, which saves me hours when feeling unwell, proper gamechanger. Always got something diferent to do in the day. great responsibilties, trust and training. Great events like the christmas parties. Great surrounding area's with a canal and a park, Got alot of great things to speak about this company.

      Maybe a gym membership would be cool.
