Pros

Good commission structure. Somewhat your empowered to own your own business but its turning into micromanagement now. Depending who your manager is, you can be successful. Despire the other reviews, there are some good caring managers that are geniuine that they want you to succeed. The products that they selling are decent at best. The role of this company is a follower role and they pick up the cookie crumbs of the bigger companies such as tw telecom, AT&T, Level 3. But they're too slow of a follower to keep up with the technology. They take care of their customers. Good customer service oriented company just not a good sales company to work for. A debt free company. Not a very high churn on customers but it looks like it's trending that way. A good entry level in the telecom and outsides sales industry.

Cons

Very very shady sales leaders in this company. Poor management structure and has no advancement. If your trying to advance in the future, this isn't the company to go to. If your trying to be a sales person forever and that is your career goal, by means go to this company. Management pick and chose who the favorites are and give them the leads and prices. Very hard for a rookie but if you can get through here, you can advance to a lot of good telecom companies out there. It's hard to sell products simply because nobody out there knows this companies name. They've been around for awhile but it's still hard to sell this company when all the support groups (customer service, sales support) now are discombobulated. This company lacks vision and can lack integrity. "Do what you need to do to get the deal done" If you work for one of the bigger telecom companies out there, they would think nothing of Logix Communications as they are just a tiny spec of a company. VERY HUNGRY company and will do all cost to cut your commission down. They will justify to cut your commission on special pricings that you request or expedited services. When you request a special price or service, it can take up to 2 weeks up to a month and by that time your customer has already gone to a competitor. Highest employee churn in the industry.

Pros

Honestly, there are none. This is no place for people with drive, passion, and ambition. This is a communications company that is incredibly poor at communicating with employees and customers. You don't have to believe me, believe the customers.

Cons

- In 2024, our company had a "reduction in force", increased all of our workloads, and then officially took away bonuses, raises, and merit increases although we've only had one bonus in the last 6 years. - We're all highly underpaid. - Everyone has become a "swiss army knife". - There is no structure. - Everything they tell you during the interview process is a lie lol. - There's no mentorship program. - This is not a good learning environment. - Training an onboarding is none existent. - New hires have to facilitate their own training. - This company makes no attempts to relieve their employees of the stressful work environment. - They do not give positive feedback. You can tell most the people in management have never worked in a healthy, progressive work environment. - They do not take constructive criticism. - We get new chief officers every 2 years. - There's no stability. - They have repeatedly allowed customers to verbally abuse customer care reps and technicians. - Management will do nothing to intervene or protect them from irate customers. - Its really bad. Did I mention we're grossly underpaid? Do yourself a favor, don't apply. Don't respond. Don't take the interview. There are much better places to waste your time.
