Almost 1 Year - Software Developer Logitia Solutions Employee Review

1)if you are Fresher you will learn how to learn and do each and every task by yourself. You have to struggle a lot.

1) At the time of joining they will tell you office timing is 9:30 to 6:30, but still at the time of leaving there is no fixed timing. 2) They don't provide you proper guidance so if you are fresher you will have more burden. 3)No proper office environment. 4)No proper management. It is IT company but still they don't know how to do calculative work.

No Pros In This Company

1. They will hire you as a .net developer and within one week the manager will shift you to C2 Gaming platform where there is no scope. 2. They will promise you that your salary will increase depending on your performance but they will not raise any penny ever after 6 months good performance. 3. He is liar person. He spreads rumor among the other employees. we doubt that how he has became the manager. Worst person seen ever. 4. They doesn't respect any employee and due their behavior no one can bare manager's presence around any time. They insist employees to come on time and manager comes after at 11.30 am every single day. 5. I think, if company removes the him then company will run lil more efficiently than what it is now. 6. Its a hell environment and you feel like you are in jail. you are not allowed to go outside and there are no windows, nor any fresh breathing. 7. They will treat you as a handyman. 8. The salary is very low as compare to what other companies allot to post. 9. No Growth at all. 10. Gives very basic training to fresher.
