- Flat organization (you can literally ping CEO & he'll get back) , - You'll find engineers with exceptional skills in certain domains - Full Ownership of decisions - It’s fine to make mistakes ( my first project was a failure, and cost few millions but we took the learning and moved on) - Very human work culture (Everyone takes effort to help each other) - You will find people who have been in the company for 20+ years. Which is a good metric
Cons
- Don’t expect you’ll be working on cutting edge technology - Salary and benefits will not be matching other tech company - When you have a flat organization it's hard to grow in the organization - Politics is rare in the company but I have seen this happen in certain business group - Within the company there are different business group who runs differently. Every business group have their own work culture. Make sure to choose the right one. Which could be tricky.
