We strongly believe that Logitech should be representative of the world at large and we also believe that our products will be superior over time if they are the output of diverse people, working in a collaborative and inclusive culture, who are able to bring unique insights into what our consumers want from their Logitech experience. We don’t see this as a trade-off between performance and diversity. We really see them as complementary.
In line with this, we consistently strive to have a diverse candidate slate when hiring into Logitech. We will always hire the best candidate for the role, and we recognize that there are multiple biases, conscious but often unconscious, that come into play within candidate attraction, application and selection which disadvantage candidates from under-represented groups. As such, we are passionate about making sure we get a broad slate of qualified candidates every time.
