Pros
They have all the tools and necessities for the business to run efficiently. They have an amazing sales director and VP of operations. Enough work to keep you busy for the next 10 years. Amazing and clean warehouses across arizona.
Cons
They have management in the supply chain that are confused and unorthodox. Senior operations manager does not have a clue of what is happening. Most of the decisions and overseeing are ultimately up the the senior operations manager. The aura is un-pleasant due the senior operations manager being paranoid most of time. This had to be one of the most awkward experiences in my lifetime. Best of luck to logistics plus on there endeavors.
